I usually have 1-2 fruit smoothies per day. I tend to include fruit and greens. I always use synthepure protein as it's the best available. It's unflavoured whey isolate and as pure as you can get. I do alsorts of shakes but the most common either consist of an apple or pineapple as a base. When I use an apple I always had in a selection of berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries etc) and finish off with some spinach. For pineapple I add a little lemon juice and maybe some coconut. I sometimes add in nuts... mainly cashews or walnuts. I occasionally do an iced protein coffee with added dark chocolate.
