      Basically the EAAís + the collagen which has 10g of protein & a full amino acid profile is intended to feed my muscles between meals without having any real caloric taxation. Since Iím using the Lantus I have the shuttling effects of slin going all day long. Hence why I utilize that shake 2-3x when on this protocol to help feed my muscles and keep them anabolic meaning they will hopefully be growing and/or repairing

      Day 26: Wednesday June 13th

      **Notes: today I decided to push the carbs a bit more l after several posts from those who are following giving words of encouragement and support. Nothing like some bro backing to up the food a bit and see how the gains come in. So with that being said Iíll continue to increase the Lantus/Humalog dosage every few times itís implemented as well as up the carbs a bit more just to see how my body responds and what type of gains I can accrue in this next week and a half. Iíll post my end weight the following morning after my last day of Lantus/Humalog use. Had a good delt workout in the AM followed by a nice arm banger in the evening. The pump was insane for both sessions, it hurt so good!

      **Protocol:
      4am: pre fasted cardio pins - Pinned 0.4cc sust & 0.5cc primo + 2.5ius gh

      5:30am: 40ius Lantus

      10:30am: pinned 12ius humalog

      12:45pm: pinned 12ius humalog

      2:30pm: pinned 2.5ius gh

      9pm: pinned 40mcg igf1 + 250mg metformin

      **Supps:
      Probiotics - gut health
      Digestive enzymes - gut health
      Hawthorne berry - BP
      NAC - liver
      Tudca - liver
      Vitamin K - cholesterol
      Ashwaganda - cortisol
      Berberine - insulin resistance (GDA)
      Turmeric - inflammation
      Fish oils - joints/inflammation
      Olive leaf extract - immune system


      **Routine:
      4:45am: 35 minutes faster cardio (15 minute intervals on stationary bike + 20 minute intervals on elliptical) + core work

      5:40am: meal 1 - 8oz pasteurized liquid egg whites & 1 scoop whey isolate protein + 2 packets quick oats

      6:45am: primes protein synthesis shake - 1 scoop EAA + 1 scoop BCAA + 1 scoop all day you may + 1 scoop collagen

      8am: meal 2 - 7oz chicken + crumbled cauliflower rice & broccoli

      10:35am: meal 3 pre workout - 2 scoops hydrolyzed whey protein + 1/4 cup cream of rice + 4oz sweet potato all mixed together

      **pre workout shake - 2 scoops full as fuck + 1 scoop creatine + 1 scoop citrulline

      11am: Delt workout
      **intra workout shake - 2 scoops EAAís + 1/2 scoop iso-carb mixed in Powerade zero
      Workout -
      Seated db lateral raises superset with db around the worlds
      4 sets, 15 reps

      Standing db alt front raise superset with db front raise to rear delt fly
      4 sets, 12-15 reps

      Machine military press
      5 sets, 10-20 reps

      Post workout cardio - 15 minute intervals on stair master

      1:15pm - meal 4 post workout meal - 8 egg whites w/ fat free cheese + 1 English muffin + 1 nook & cranny bagel + 1 bagel thin w/sugar free jelly & cinnamon

      3:45pm - 7oz chicken + 7oz jasmine rice + broccoli

      5:25pm: meal 5 - 1.5 scoops EAAís, 1 scoop all day you may, 1 scoop BCAA mixed in water

      6:30pm: workout #2 Arms
      Workout-
      Kb single arm hammer grip curl superset with cable cross tricep extension
      4 sets, 10-15/20 reps

      Cable single arm tricep pushdown superset with db alt curl
      4 sets, 20/15 reps

      Leaning forward cable alt curls superset with tricep rope pushdown
      4 sets, 12/20 reps

      Smith curls
      4 sets, 10-15 reps

      Tricep straight bar pushdown superset with cable lying down underhand tricep pushdown
      3 sets, 15 reps

      8pm: meal 6 - 1 scoop whey isolate protein + 4oz pasteurized egg whites + Greek yogurt + cottage cheese + pineapple blended into a smoothie
