      **Notes: had a great fasted workout. Then decided to just do two big meals today due to the turnaround time. So ate tones of protein from different meat sources with some carbs & homemade desserts. All in all it was a good day. Now Iím going to hibernate because Iíve been in a food coma since 1pm

      Dude it was awesome. It was the best of both worlds: Brazilian BBQ followed by American BBQ. The filet was my favorite. I probably ate close to 1lb if not more

      **Notes: got my bloods pulled today. Since Iím pinned 0.4cc I didnít pin this morning until after I got bloods pulled so my last pin was roughly 24-26hrs before bloods were pulled. Figured since I was doing a traditional 1cc that itíd be a bit low if I waited 72hrs from last pin. Had a good chest/delt workout today. Felt relatively strong and feel like Iím growing by the day. Went back to the gym after work and hit arms. Caught a great pump and finished my day with some protein pancakes.
