      Clean up phase: Day 10

      **Notes: back from my hiatus. Havenít missed training or meal but havenít been able to log. However now Iíll be back on my logging game daily so hope yíall are still tuned in because Iím really excited to start my next phase in 1.5 weeks from now. Weighed in today at 232.4lbs. Had a great back workout today. Havenít been sleeping well but think itís more so re-acclimating to new space then anything else. Also upped my dosage of test & primo a bit.

      **Protocol:
      4:25am: Pinned 0.5cc sust & 1cc primo + 0.3cc tren A + 0.4cc NPP + 2ius gh

      2pm: pinned 2ius gh

      **Supps:
      Probiotics - gut health
      Digestive enzymes - gut health
      Hawthorne berry - BP
      NAC - liver
      Tudca - liver
      Vitamin K - cholesterol
      Ashwaganda - cortisol
      Berberine - insulin resistance (GDA)
      Turmeric - inflammation
      Fish oils - joints/inflammation
      Olive leaf extract - immune system

      **Routine:
      6am: meal 1 - 2 whole eggs + 7 egg whites & broccoli

      8:15am: meal 2 - 7.5oz chicken + broccoli + 1tbsp pb

      10:15am: meal 3 pre workout meal - 2.5 scoops whey isolate protein + 1/2 cup cream of rice + 4oz mashed sweet potato + 0.5 tbsp coconut oil + 1 tbsp pb

      11am: Back workout
      **intra workout shake - 2 scoops EAAís + 1/2 scoop iso-carb mixed in Powerade zero
      Routine:
      Single arm hammer underhand lat pulldown
      4 sets, 12/10/8/6
      *last set drop set into hammer underhand pulldown for as many reps as possible

      Tbar chest supported rows
      3 sets, 10 reps

      Seated cable mid grip rows superset with cable rope straight arm pulldown
      3 sets, 12/15 reps

      Cable single arm rear delt ext superset with cable rear delt crossovers
      4 sets, 15 reps

      Wide grip pull-ups superset with smith shrugs
      4 sets, 10/15-20 reps

      Post workout cardio: 15 minute intervals on elliptical

      1pm: meal 4 post workout meal - 2.5 scoops whey isolate protein + 3 cups cereal mixed with cashew milk

      3:15pm: meal 5 - 7.5oz chicken + broccoli + 1 tbsp macadamia nut oil

      5:40pm: meal 6 - 9 egg whites + broccoli + 2 tbsp almond butter

      8pm: meal 7 - 7.5oz chicken + broccoli + cauliflower rice

      Also just wanted to point something out about my clean up phase as well as diet strategy.

      When I hit my first phase which was a bulk; I was pushing carbs every meal by the last leg of that protocol. I gained 12lbs in 3 weeks. And after I dropped my carbs and upped my fats during the clean up phase as well as stopped doing fasted cardio as of late I have been able to keep a solid 6lbs of pretty much all lean mass. The reason I dropped carbs, upped the fats and tapered down fasted cardio to zilch is because I want to bring any insulin resistance accrued from the bulk phase down as well as give my digestive tract a break before the next phase. Also by having some more fats it keeps me more satiated so I do not feel as hungry and want to slam carbs or excess food. And the reason I took fasted cardio out for now is because itís not necessary. Iím not pushing food heavily so I can keep my level of leanness/conditioning without having that in the equation.

      As you will notice in the next phase Iíll be dropping fats, upping carbs and reintroducing fasted cardio as well as throw in a day or two of fasting for 16-18hrs to also help combat insulin resistance while I push food heavily again (primarily carbs).

      This off topic but I said I would ask as you mentioned you had issues sleeping. I don't know if you ever tried sarms but is nurobal really good sarms to help with sleep, I tried sarms before but never that one, maybe u might know?
