      Had a killer leg workout today. Kept a good pace and tried to really target the quads. Had jelly legs by the end of the workout and wobbled out of the gym. All in all another good day.

      Can feel the tren working as Iím starting to see a bit more vascularity and feeling way more hot, sweating non stop. Luckily no trensomnia for me. However I pin ED which I found is a great way to keep sides minimal to none with short esters. Basically the more stable you keep your blood levels, the better results youíll get and the less side effects will occur if they do at all


      **Protocol:
      Test E: 1g per week
      EQ: 1g per week
      Tren A: 350mg per week
      Aromason: 25mg (Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat)

      Woke up feeling yesterdayís workout, both quads and calves. Iíve been battling a few new minor strains so trying to be mindful working around them as to not make them any worse.

      Today was back width & biceps today. Overall had a good workout. Nothing fancy just a few supersets and kept good intensity.

      Forgot to note that earlier this week I changed my workout split to now focus more on bringing my legs up since Iím pretty much cleared from my leg injury. Still have to be mindful but I can push a hard 10 reps so itís time to smash these legs up and get them to grow
