      Over training or not

      So I train 6 days a week same muscle twice a week each muscle gets 2 days of rest first 3 days heavy weights next 3 days light cables and machines week one is 9 to 11 for all heavy week one is also 12 to 15 for cables work
      Week 2 is 6 to 8 for heavy 16 to 20 for light cables
      Week 3 is 2 to 5 heavy 20 to 25 for light cables
      I never get sore never so I can't see how I could be over training but my strength is not going up same weight I was doing before cycle my intensity has went up but that's about it hoping shit kicks in soon

      Change it up a bit and do the heavy 2 to 5 then 8-12 & 6 to 8, then 10-12 two weeks in a row, then have 1 week of moderate higher volume 10-15, 15-30

      I highly recommend mast on cycle for anyone with gyno issues at 500mg a week works amazing

      Yea man Iíve honestly found I can lift heavy weight lower reps ranges longer (think old school dorian Yates or mike mentzer style) for 4-6 weeks then have a lighter week where I do 12-15 reps then go back to the heavy to failure training again and Iíve gotten stronger and put on noticeable mass. Basically follow real high intensity training style which would be heavy weight to failure with around 9-12 total working sets. Have 3 days rest then bang it again. Or pick a muscle group and do high volume training where you hit that targeted group 3x week (Monday Thursday, Saturday) with heavy/moderate/moderate weight then train the other groups Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday heavy as fuck.

      I'm not sure how long you've been this training split but my guy tells me yes. Is your resting hr elevated? Feeling rundown? Sleeping like crap? You're probably over training. Your muscles being sore and your CNS being shot to hell aren't really related. I can go do 100 rep curls with 5lb dumbells , I'm gonna be real sore in my bis but my CNS will be fine.

      Diet is great I eat as much as I want as long as it's chicken turkey or fish I don't cheat on food lots of veg lots of potatoes I eat brown rice every so often and wheat bread only only thing I do that's not good in my diet is I drink a cup if ice tea every so often now I have noticed I eat alot more on the eq I want to be lean built and strong

      5ft 4
      About 13 percent body fat
      And I've been training about 6 years hard
      Summers I can only hit the gym 2 days a week my season just ended so the last 4 weeks I've been going 6 days a week that might be why I'm not seeing super strength gains went from only 2 days a week to 6 days a week I know my joints are already screaming lol
