Hematocrit is the volume percentage of RBCs in the blood. When itís high, it can cause shortness of breath. TREN, and other 19 nors increase Hct. Iíve been on TRT for 6 years and have to donate double RBCs every 4 months to keep mine in check. I get SOB faster when itís close to donation time. If youíre waking up SOB, itís more than likely OSA. Steroids have been known to exacerbate it. Weight gain, water retention......big fucking neck. Find a local DME and see if they have a (ApneaLink) itís a in-home sleep study....I run them all the time for about $150.

Like someone already stated it sounds like your experiencing sleep apnea. It may be waking you up more now because the tren interrupts your rem cycle. How much do you weigh/do you have a large neck? If it was your hematocrit you'd notice the shortness of breath throughout the day, especially on exertion.
