      I am asking now to please help me for THEIR big miscommunication.

      I have stated there was a communication error on their side on what was the delay as there was a shift from DHL to UPS last week in their shipping. And who replied to you at first thought the delay in your shipping of your order was due to that and all orders that were available did go out on Friday. That was not the case, well it was and was not, even if the fresh stock was there it would not have shipped friday. The person who replied to you at first did not see that the stock was not fresh also. And the logistics issue was the new shipping method and those orders did go out Friday. You had a large qty order of the product it was not 5 pieces it was high but I won't say the qty. And they were getting the product so they could fullfill it. IF they had it it would ahve shipped on Friday as the person said but that was THEIR MISTAKE to not see that there was another issue with your order.

      I have stated all this and I have accepted the blame and admitted there was fault on their side with communications. And I will work to correct and train and teach them. They worked hard working on the new shipping to get orders out and yes they had an error on this. I've said this many times already. And we have asked many times in email, pm and here posted to provide the wallet for the refund. Before you posted up this thread you said Cancel and refund and the staff said YES sir. Then you posted a thread not to order with us and we are giving you a run around. So I've shut the site down until this is solved.

      Let us be very clear, I fully 100% admit the staff there at fusian did not communicate well and i've apologized. They made a mistake in communications. They did not fully see what the issues was on your order and did not communicate it well.

      You asked for a refund and they said yes. Then you posted the thread here after you asked for a refund but have not provided the wallet to refund. You have been asked in email, PM and here in this thread to provide the wallet and you will be refunded.

      I dont' know what more to do, admitted they made errors, apologized, and waiting to refund per your request. I've even gone as far to put the site on maintenance mode so that there is no sales till this get refunded which I think is FAR more then what any other manager would do. I want no issues or sales while this is outstanding I don't care about the sales I care about getting the orders and clients sorted. Fusian is far from a perfect operation and is still a work in progress. Aipctshop.com took me years to get them to where they are at and Fusain will have bumps in the road as well.

      I'll use this as a training matter and message but now is Diwali and I am on holiday with staff in India and not at their location. But I have woken many of them up and talked to a few of the staff on this at Fusian. And they as they said yesterday are waiting to refund you.

      I understand that you are not happy with Fusian and I fully accept that Fusian miscommunicated this and have apologized many many times to you. I also investigated it and looked into it after I saw your post. Yes the one staff miscommunicated to you, your order had a large qty of an item and it was explained to you many times what happened here in this thread.

      Now unlike what others might do I have taken the step to shut down Fusian web site until I can go there and have a staff meeting. So no they will nto be shipping your order because they will not be shipping any new orders until I can go there.

      I take very seriously how the staff handles and communicates items and I will forego sales and their salaries for the sake of better training in hopes of a better job in future. Seeing how it is Diwali and I can not leave India right now I suspect Fusian will be down for a week minimum over this. I will easily give up a week of sales over this but sadly it is one of the only places to get pharma ralox at the moment.

      I was here the entire time to assist and look into things and help out but I did not get a PM. And I fully accept bad reviews.

      Fusian is shut until I decide to open it. I will not be drawn into any situation where people claim there is some funny business going on with anything I am associated with. Mistakes happen and humans make errors and some time staff do not work out well, but Money be damned there is never going to be funny business in any assocaition I have. While not perfect and staff and myself do make mistakes there is no funny business and we are here always to help.

      Now it is Diwali, Time for light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance. We will take this to Fusian and use it as a teaching and see what we can do with this.

      Looks like AIPCT has gone far above and beyond. Ive never seen a sponsor close up shop to address issues. Thats a lot of money lost.... props to aipct for always making sure your staff is performing up to spec.
