      MY 14 WEEK LOG

      Hello everyone, So AOL is letting me run a log for them. I am so excited they are letting me do this. Thank you Mrs. AO!!! I will be running a 14 week log with their Titan and Var. Here is a little about myself. i am 39 years old and am a retired veteran. I had to take off working out for about 2.5 months due to a shoulder injury. I lost a shit ton of weight witch sucked. I was at 208 pounds and was looking forward to doing a nice cut this spring but ended up hurting my shoulder with about a week left in my last bulk cycle. I started working out about a 1.5 weeks ago and was down to 177 pounds. I started my bulk cycle 1.5 weeks ago and am already at 183. I have enjoyed AO gear so much i asked if they would let me run a log for them. She told me yesterday that it was on so was very happy of course.

      So i started like i said about 1.5 weeks ago. I am running Titan and Var. I have done 3 injections and no PIP at all. The first 2 weeks i am at 2mls a week of titan so 600mgs of test e a week and 400mgs of deca a week. At 30mgs a week of Var for first 2 weeks and going to bump that up to 40mgs a week for another 2 weeks. I will also bump up titan up to 2.5mls a weeks after my first 2 weeks. I have put on 6 pounds in 1.5 weeks so far so i am very impressed. I will be posting up everyday about my workouts, the days i pin and progress. I will post up every morning about my progress from the day before. I hope some people will follow along to help me with any pointers they my have or just to give me some motivation.

      Worked on bi's and tri's

      Preacher curl 4 sets 8 reps
      Preacher DB curl 4 sets 8-10 reps
      Cable reverse curl 4 sets 10-12 reps
      BB curl 6-8 reps

      V cable pull-down 4 sets 12-15 reps
      Reverse straight bar cable pull-down 4 sets 10-12 reps
      Dip machine 4 sets 10-12 reps
      Close grip bench 4 sets 8-10 reps

      Felt good overall. Strength definitely going up and shoulder is strengthening but still having a little pain.

      Today working shoulder and traps. Will be pinning tomorrow and raising from 1ml of Titan twice a week to 1.25mls twice a week.

      Ok so I took yesterday off. I did pin 1.25 of Titan and no PIP like usual. Will be working on shoulder and traps today so will post up workout tomorrow morning

      Good morning!!! Feeling so much better after taking day off. As I said before I was off due to shoulder injury. I have been working out for almost 2 weeks with no days off before I started logging here.

      Weigh 186
      Shoulders and trap's yesterday

      Shoulder

      Military press 4 sets 8-10 reps
      Upright row 4 sets 10-12 reps

      That was it for shoulders to slowly get my shoulder strength back so I don't hurt it again.

      Traps

      BB shrugs 3 sets 12-15 reps
      45 pound plate shrugs 3 sets 15-18 reps

      Working chest and abs today and will post workout up tomorrow.

      Definitely watch that shoulder! Itís involved in almost every lift. I jumped the gun one time and wished I would have lifted slower. The muscles grow so fast on AAS and you need to remember the joint, tendons, and cartilage need time to grow as well. Good luck my friend.

      Good morning everyone. I decided to work legs yesterday because my right shoulder was a little sore so didn't want to over work it by doing chest. Loving the gear!!! Can feel Titan building in my bloodstream and starting to blow up a little. Can't wait to see me week 5. I have already put on 10 pounds in a little over 2 weeks on 40mgs of Var and of course Titan.

      Weigh 186

      Hack squat 4 sets 8 reps
      Leg press 4 sets 8-10 reps
      Leg extensions 3 sets 10-12 reps
      Leg curl 3 sets 10-12 reps
      Standing calf raises machine 4 sets 15-18 reps

      Working chest today and will post up tomorrow
