Been emailing Alphabeast, now hes gone silent. Hopefully they're back and its a false alarm. Should I be worried?

I would clean house just to be safe . INCLUDING DIGITAL FOOTPRINT !!!
He sent more packs out then I can disclose and if he's not active its not from volunteering .
