      My wife bought me a 5lb LEM sausage stuffer for christmas that I haven't even used yet. I have 15lbs of meat that I've already cut with some pork in the freezer ready to be turned into sausage but I haven't gotten around to it yet. Do you have any recipes or tips you could share?

      I was planning on getting some of the LEM mixes and doing some hot Italian links, some cajun links, and then the rest in jalapeno summer sausage that I will finish in the smoker.

      This one is good for breakfast style. I like to add jalapeño and red pepper flakes and marjoram (leave out the sage and mushroom), and hard cheddar chunks. I put 1 lb of beef fat for every 3 lbs of venison.

      Shoulders and Tris. Kind of fucked around in the gym today but I made sure to go heavy on some OHP first. I need a few more shoulder exercises in my life. Any tips?

      Meal 3 PostWO: 2 Scoops Allmax Whey with 16oz of Fairlife Skim
      Meal 4: Two slices of meatloaf no sides
      1.25gal water

      As you can see I'm trying to finish off this beautiful meatloaf. There is one piece left over that I will dominate tomorrow for a preworkout and then I'm going to slam some tri-tip and potatoes for a post workout meal. See you boys tomorrow.

      Went to the range to try out a bunch of new pistols in search for a new carry gun. Sig p365 was what I wanted to like but I shot it consistently low. Glock 43 was on point. Really liking the sig p238 as well. Decisions.

      Had a fucking amazing workout today and I can only attribute it to the shitty food I ate yesterday. I woke up last night with my stomach cramping and the toilet calling my name.

      This is the strongest I've ever been on bench and my goal is to hit 350 before it's said and done. I think I could have gotten it today but time will tell. Thanks for following along!

      Side note: Flash picked me to try a freebie so I picked up some proviron. Starting it at 50mg/day. Hopefully I still see the benefit even with the low amount of test I'm running here.

      Son slept for a total of 3hrs last night so I was dragging today for leg day.

      Hack Squat:

      I laid on the floor for a second in a pool of sweat. This tren is really kicking my ass cardio wise but I love it.

      That was all I had today. But at least I went and got some decent hack squats in.

      Laying down the little one tonight and the AC shuts smooth ass off. July, in the south, need I say more? Well after 1.5hrs I got it figured out and back running. I got to crawl in the attic, sweat my ass off and work on the furnace where the condensate line clogged and blew a fuse and a tripped a safety float. Just thankful I figured it out and it wasn't a major repair. Some new PVC tomorrow and we'll be golden. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day!
