Dbol & Backpumps
My last test/Dbol cycle I ran 50mg Dbol daily. The Backpumps were excruciating and almost unbearable on back days. I will be running AMA's Dbol at 30mg daily soon. I've read taurine is good for Backpumps. Anyone have any experience with it or any other supps that may be beneficial in relation to the Backpumps?

Fuck I cant find my taurine I suffer from back pumps and abs cramp up bad. Im gonna order more I hear it helps

how much water are you drinking? I find the more water i drink the back pumps are less severe

I ran d bol for 4-5 weeks @ 50 mg a day at the beginning of my current test 750 mg /deca400 mg a week cycle towards the end all my pumps were so severe I couldn't finish workouts I was glad it was over

Drinking quite a bit of water. Did last cycle too and it was still pretty bad. And yea lith that's about how I felt. Now I'm running basically the cycle u ran except Dbol at 30mg
