as for mass gain, tren max's out at 100mg ED, or, 700mg EW. However, all the other benefits tren provides continue to increase with higher doses.

Good points on dosing, I don't think I ever went over 400 mgs on Tren E or Ace. I never needed to, I always hit a new pr on every Tren run also.

my last cycle about 100mg tren eod with 200mg of test, and 100mg of mast, I like the lower doses of tren, strength gains and fat loss win win..... But I would do as recommended above, try running tren ace with prop start doses low and work them up till you find your sweet spot

at 400mg of E a week, that translates into 57mg ED. When you adjust for the 20% of the molecular weight that is actually the ester, that leaves you with about 46mg ED. without knowing your cycle history, and assuming you have several under you belt, and the fact that 400mg of good tren a week really didn't produce much results, I would switch to acetate. start out at 75mg ED.
I would use a very basic cycle: tren / test. maybe 100mg of prop EOD. nothing else (so that you aren't confused by synergistic effects) so that you can get a real feel for what is happening. I have ran tren only cycles and have never been disappointed by the results, but tren does not aromitize, and, it inhibits estrodiol production in other ways as well, so you always need test in a tren cycle.
another cycle to try is: tren e 600-700mg EW with test E or C at 500mg EW. Jump start with prop or dbol for the first 4-5 weeks.
can't imagine you would be disappointed by the results.
either way, you need to figure the tren thing out for you personally or else you are missing out on the best AAS their is, and that would be ashame.

My results with AAS, including tren even at low doses ALL comes down to our nutritional plan and effective training routines.
whether or not they are quality ones are your biggest factors.
did you follow them adequately? Or haphazardly run a cycle?
Did you track anything, your macros? including your results via measurements? Not weight.
The AAS dosages can be variables when it comes to results, but most likely not your issue when using 400mg per week of arguably the strongest known AAS.

this is spot on advise... don't always look at the compounds your running as your nutrition and weight program are more important... they must be in line to maximize the effects of the gear you are running. i have some buds that have never run anything but test and then not over 500mg a week and are jacked from hard work and eating good.
forced reps are best done on your own... if you ain't cheatin' you ain't trying
