      Bro, no offense but you are a lightweight...you need to get on some serious nutrition and that's way too much gear for someone your size....I been designing cycles for years now, and 1 gram of test 100mg anadrol is good for a 240 pound competitive bodybuilder. Also...why split up all the dosing for the anadrol? take all at once....don't get caught up in all that half life bullshit on orals. Again, I think you need to be adding in calories...not gear

      I know. Just a mistake on my part, got off on my schedule and ended up doing that much for a week so just kept doing it. I thought it would be better than dropping back down and have the fluctuation. But i can drop it back to 750mgs a week if it wont hurt anything. I was running 500 my last cycle and bumped it to 750 and responded way better. I eat as much as i can. I know you guys say i can eat more but there is a limit on how much food my body can process and take in. I litterally eat till i puke or almost do. SO its not a food issue. And i eat great and clean. 6 meals a day. between 4000-6000cals 40-75 grams protien a meal, usually 40-160 carbs a meal, and probably not enough fats. And i dirty it up 3 times a week at least. Today for meal 5 i had 4 mcdoubles.

      There is no way you eat 6000 cals a day and are not over 200lbs...and cut the mcdoubles out! lol

      I started to write what i eat for a day on my cycle thread take a look at the first 3 meals and tell me what you think. Im up for ideas and advice. But take into account i am a smaller guy 180ish, so cramping in so much food like you guys say is unrealalist. I cant eat that much. I puke.

      Im not lying bro...lol...look at the meals i had on my thread. I take in atleast 1000 cals a meal..lol...i hate it when people say i don't....lol....im not hear to lie or try to look like something i am not bro. And look at my physique, i am hella cut with like zero fat, you can see that from every picture, you guys dont understand what my metablism is like cause most of you dont have it or one close to it. lol.....im not lying or being a dick or trying to argue man, just facts.

      well maybe you miscalculated? not saying your lying...but I been doing nutrtion a long time on the professional level, and 6k in cals a day will get the fastest metabolic guys big as shit . surely over a mere 200lbs!

      Here is a diet for u go pro.

      I used this as a base for ur ore workout and post workout meals throw in faster carbs.. White rice red taters baked taters some wheat bread doesn't matter just throw it in.. Some supplements to think about

      Or intra or post workout
      Dextrose powder and bcaa with flavoring
      Or just go high roller and get vitargo


      Meal 1
      1 scoop protein
      6 egg whites
      1 cup oatmeal

      Meal 2
      10 oz steak
      1.5 cups brown rice

      Meal 3
      2 6 oz chicken breast
      8 oz sweet tater

      Meal 4
      Same
      With 1.5 cups brown rice

      Meal 5
      10 oz steak
      1 oz almonds
      1 cup broccoli

      Meal 6
      2 scoops protein
      With tablespoon of peanut butter

      Wake up 4 hours in sleep
      Drink 1 scoop protein
      With tablespoon of putter


      Report back in a few months swole as fuck
