1. Post up one sentence or thought about how to keep gains will off cycle, including during and after pct.
2. If your thought or advice has already been said don't repeat it or (x2) lets keep it nice and clean! I wanna make a go to post for beginners and vets!
I would say Incorporate peptides into your pct and or daily routine! Always works for me.

Man this rts test e and prop combo has me on beast mode I actually contemplated staying on its so good! Anyways good so far keep it going!

Agreed if you pct hgh I didn't lose any weight and maintained strength last pct

Also agree lol no doubt best way to keep gains stay on test low dose. I may not be an athlete but im gonna cycle the rest of my life Im 34 just started like 3 years ago I see no point in pct anymore may as well stay on monitor my health until im ready to get a script. I wanna be nice and huge by the time im 40

Probably the biggest thing someone needs to remember is how hard they worked in the kitchen to get the gains to being with. Then also keep in mind the type of cycle u ran. Was it a wet cycle? Lots of Abombs n Deca? Those aren't really lean gains and we all know lean gains tend to stick around more permanently. Then what about cortisol? U wanna fight that off with some supps. Here's a few: Phosphatidylserine, Acetyl-L-carnitine, L-Glutamine, Vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin A, Gingko Biloba, DHEA and a few others.
Then there's the whole clearing your receptor portion while off to prepare for the next run. Compounds like T3 or DNP are well known for clearing receptors. If you don't know how or why this is far too advanced for you and both are definitely not for rookies or even intermediates.
Peptides? Peptides are definitely important in keeping that on feeling. Cjc1295 and GHRP 6 are great at keeping some lean mass. Ghrp6 will make u eat like a horse and the kitchen is the home of the most anabolic substance we can put in our bodies. FOOD!!!
Those peptides are just a couple Not to mention IGF-1 and the king 191amino HGH.
The homeostasis of your HPTA is really why running HGH on cycle and off cycle is so important. It's marriage to testosterone is undeniably paramount in all we are hoping to accomplish in this game we all love. It is the perfect sidekick to any and all cycles. It allows the testosterone exogenous and endogenous alike to function at a optimum level. It will also aid your PCT in more ways than just keeping gains. It amplifies the returning endogenous test like nothing else.
Bottom line folks is if u ate like a fucking champ to gain your 20lbs on cycle and you go back to eating like a chump you bet ur ass you're going to lose your gains. If you trained like a man possessed on cycle to blow the fuck up and you stop training on pct you bet ur ass you're going to lose your gains.
Diet, training, rest, drugs. It all applies the same whether on cycle or not. Live it, breathe it, DO IT!! There is no finish lines!!
