id start at 1mg or 1.5mg/day since its not a huge lump. and taper up or down .25mg/day from there until you find the sweet spot. stay there a few days then taper down .25mg and hopefully by then you have aromasin or more adex on hand to stop the rebound

when I asked that same question 5 weeks ago on another site I was told that is not a sign of gyno but that it was low e causing the hard senstive nips...wtf so glad I came here and asked the pro's before I had tits. No lumps at all so I will increase and get some better AI from 49ers site he had bloods done with...

you need Letrozole and Nolvadex , then after always use AI from day one, i prefer Aromasin

Use nolva 60mg ed and aromasin 50mg ed for 3 days then nolva 40 for 4 and asin 50 eod... you should be fine.

... and you should have all ancillaries on hand before you start cycle.

Have been taking Ardex eod .5 (extreme peptide)and arom (mp before busted) 12.5 e3d since cycle started, and started letro (extreme) 2.5 eod late last week.
