yes thats correct, approximately 8 hours in men, but this can be extended by taking it with a high fat meal, but best to dose twice a day at high test levels

Just so i have tbis clear if I take 37.5 mg of aromasin ed that would be the only AI that would be needed. Is that correct?

Certainly... you may need a SERM for a week or so to block any further gyno development while you get E levels in check.

What's the amount of aromatizing compounds ? I only need 12.5 on 600 mg test c , but I double dose it on dbol since I take it more once a day

Ive always considered myself sensitive to estro test is the only aromatizing compound im running. My last blood work was still a little on the high side 53 I think 900 is the highest ive ran test so I wanna make sure it doesn't spike my estro again. Ill do blood work again in a few weeks and adjust my dose then

Starting next week going to run test c @ 800 deca @ 300 still working on it but that is close. Running 750 my test a week.
