cycle thoughts

OK fellas. Getting ready to get my cycle on and wanted to get your input and or suggestions.
My stats are as follows:
Age-46
Height-5' 6"
Weight-210 lbs.
BF%- 15-20%
Currently on Sustanon @ 250mg/wk gonna do that for 10 weeks, sort of a cruise I guess you could say.

I am going to outline my cycle and were you see dosage and frequency empty it's because I have never done it and need advise on it.

12 week cycle pinning e3d
1-12 750mg Sustanon
1-12 600mg Mast E
1-6 60mg T-bol/day
1-12 IGF1-LR3 ????? HELP HERE
7-12 60mg Winstrol

Ok gents your thoughts???

I like it. Cycle looks good to me.

The ranges for dosing IGF are between 20-80mcg's post workout.

I use IGF 20-40mcg's in each bi post workout.

^^^^^ With the IGF is it everything people say it is? Is it worth the $. If so can you PM me your source. I have been looking and I am finding a big swing as far as pricing is concerned.

^^^It's one of my favorite compounds bro. I eat more and sleep a hell of a lot better on it. I can definitely tell a difference in the muscle I am injecting in. They look and feel alot fuller.
