Trensomnia. What's your remedy?
So what's some of your thoughts, remedies and protocol for dealing with the unwanted common side effect of tren insomnia? I'm currently running some tren A and tren E and I haven't hardly slept in about 4 nights now. The night sweats and joint pain I'm controlling but the not sleeping part is killing me. Melatonin aint doing shit lol. Thinking of trying some unisom just hesitate. What's some of yalls thought and/or suggestions? Thanks!

Have you tried Ambien? It works for some. I came off tren a few weeks ago and don't think I will be using it again. The staying up for days at a time is a bitch.

Doctor put me on ambien for when I came off of third shift. Stuff works like a charm and isn't addicting. Wait about 3 hours on an empty stomach and it's night night time

Haven't tried anything other than herbal, Melatonin ect. I was wondering if they may be something in the sleep aids like those that don't mix well with the gear?... I usually don't get it this severe man but this is pretty bad. No sleep, joint pain, even some lower back (kidneys, no blood in urine) maybe I should cut back on it and see if it helps.

It's amazing what we put our selves through to gain some muscle. I feel for u V ! Try taking 2 or 3 Benadryl tabs roughly 30 mins before u want to fall asleep . When my wife can't sleep Benadryl does the trick.

Melatonin works good to an extent. It's not a sedative though. And like any other medicine you become immune to it. I haven't with ambien. Been taking it for 5 months. It's a good sleep. Be careful with Benadryl though. Too much antihistamines can react bad with certain things. I can't take Benadryl. Medically I'm allergic. It makes my legs feel restless. Tell the doc you can't sleep straight through the night. He will give you ambien.

Thanks roo. Forgot about benadryl. Glad to hear ambien us working gsxr. In mean time I deal with it. Think I'll try benadryl with a shot of nyquil tonight. U just worry about the sleep aids chemical makeup fucking with the gear. Like fix one thing and gain another problem lol.. My liver is taxed enough lol

08GSxr is absolutely correct regarding Benadryl . Taking more won't give the desired effect necessarily and could very well do the exact opposite . I wouldn't mix the nightquil with the Benadryl either. Good luck bro!!

NyQuil is some bad stuff. But the thing about that is acetaminophine. ( ibuprofen) practically. That stuff is HARSH on the liver and kidneys. Be careful. The only reason people feel the affect of NyQuil is the diphenhydramine and 10% alcohol. A shot if jack and a Benadryl gives the same feeling lol. Don't do it!
