Rectus femoris? Is that just shooting straight down into your thigh while you're sitting in a chair? I've always gone to the side of the quad, never the top. I always figured it'd be especially painful because of all the nerves in that area. But with TNE and other fast-acting gear I should be starting soon (just finished batch of TNE, it's nice to have a break for a few days from being a damn pincushion) I would love to be able to hit this site as well.
Anybody have any experience hitting that area?
And about the rear ass shots, it looks like that may be something you'll need a partner to do. No way can I reach around that far and plunge at the same time. Another new spot though, I'll have my girl give me those shots I guess. That's great, if I add those 2 and the other 2 quad sites thats 4 clean, scar-tissue free sites I can rotate in for this upcoming run.

I do the top of thigh in a chair and found it to be pretty sensitive and I mean like a weird painfull sensitive I like hitting the top though its an easy target I want to try the lats once see how that goes

As for the chart, I'm breaking the law with 3ml's in the delta, but did used to use the 5ml terumo's for gluten. Got one right! Lol
