yes, the 3.33 in glute and quad was not bad. Nothing in the glute, little sore in quad for 2 days. In another 6.5 weeks my volumes increase so I'll be doing 4.33 on Wednesday's (the day when all compounds coincide).
Pinning 4X/wk with minimums of 2.5 cc and maximums of 4.33 cc have me using 2 separate delt spots in each, both glutes, and both quads.
I haven't ventured into pinning anything else like trap, bicep, tricep, or lat yet.

how many different parts of each quad do you use? I mean, do you have 3, 4, or 5 specific parts of each quad?

There is heaps of space there bro upper, lower inner and outer tear drop if you're game... That one hurts
i mainly use 3 spots all in line from up the top to down the bottom. You can actually go quite high

5 ML should be no problem brothers!
I always use 5 ml Guns...
If you have pip free gear that will be perfect and really no problem.

Never hit the lats or chest. I'm relatively sensitive to shots, but the least pain I've found is the glutes by far. If it wasn't for scar tissue I'd always hit the same two spots.
5ml in Glutes cant hurt at all

Too much of anything in one spot causes encapsulation and build up of scar tissue. I find breaking I njectioms into smaller injections sometimes even multiple times daily yields better results and less sore asses. Honestly think more frequent injection in smaller amounts really improves absorption but that's just my bro science.
