I read through a post yesterday about Boston Lloyd and watched a few of his videos on youtube, and it brought me here wanting to find out a little bit more from our community. Now this guy is one of those believers that you're better off NEVER coming off. He simply bridges with lowering his test dosing and running HCG/Nolva/Clomid during his bridge.
Where I came from before was a forum that firmly believed in time on = time off and most cycles were the 10-12 week range. It may have been bro-science, but there were believers that constantly being on cycle has diminishing returns, and that 'androgen receptors will be overloaded and less productive'. I have never personally read any medical backing to this claim.
So I ask YOU brothers, how do YOU cycle?
What have you found works for you, and do you follow these guidelines as I have or do you have another set of principles that you have found success with?
