I was browsing through all of the random ass posts that come up on my news feed on facebook and noticed a video explaining the "truth about steroids and the pros". I've seen many such videos like this in my time, and the all say basically the same thing. "The pros use very low doses of steroids". And my response is always... My ass they do!

I had a very lengthy discussion with an undercover pro on another forum about this topic. The guy never revealed his identity, but by the way he talked, he sounded like Cutler. He said that SOME pros will inject themselves with 6+ CC's a day of shit and they really dont care what it is. I doubt this is an industry standard. Everyone is trying to get an edge on everyone else. In order of importance in the sport it goes, #1 drugs #2 diet #3 genetics and #4 training. With drugs being number one they are going to do whatever it takes to try and grow, and that always means increasing doses.

What does this mean for us? Does this mean that we should do 4000-8000mg of shit on our first, second or even third cycle? Hell no. He said that tapering up each cycle is the best way to create good solid gains. I remember my first cycle when i weighed 170lbs and all i took was 250mg/week of test. My doses are higher now but i continue to make great gains each cycle.

This point was very interesting to me. He said that he only took the short ester steroids and cycled through them changing doses each month. So for the first month he wound run something like 60% boldenone propionate 20% test prop and then the other 20% of Nandrolone Phenylpropionate, Trenbolone acetate, and several others. The next month, he would switch the ratio of 60% to something else, and the month after that switch it again so his body never had a chance to get completely used to one specific cocktail of steroids.

So then why would all of these "pros" and their friends say that they only use minute amounts of steroids? So kids wont try to mimic what they do and hurt themselves. Everyone knows that they use steroids, and it is their responsibility to keep people from hurting themselves while trying to be like them.

Just food or thought guys, hope you enjoy! Tell me what you think.
