This is actually a really great question.

There isn't a direct parallel, no. I'll do the math. 200-250mg/week after a number of weeks should raise your serum testosterone levels to somewhere around the 1500ng/dl mark. ng/dl means Nanograms (1 x 10 to the negative 9th grams) per Deciliter (one tenth of a liter). That works out to be 0.000015grams per liter. depending on you're size, you have about 5-6 liters of blood in your body. lets say 6. so 0.000015 x 6 is 0.00009 grams, a much smaller number than 1.6 .... That being said, since we know that 200-250mg/week will yield roughly 1500ng/dl, there should also be a corresponding blood concentration to the amount of testosterone you're taking. But labs typically don't measure beyond 1500ng/dl.

Advice... Do 300mg of test for 6 weeks, get your blood work, and if you break 1500 I'd say you're good to go. good luck!
