TRT Prices for self pay.

Just got my first script for test cyp 200. Insurance won't pay darn it, but.
The thing is that it says 1 ml every 3 weeks?
Wont that only last less then 12 days? if that.
I'm thinking this will mess me up if I don't take things into my own hands.

Blood test says norm on total test (660.0 ng/DL) but low on Free (4.8 pg/mL)
Liver was a little high (AST 81 - ALT - 107
norm is 70 IU/L I think. I'm guessing that was from the Tylenol in my other med's tho.
The RX wants like $130 for 2 - 10 ml bottles of test cyp, Thats crazy

You got scripted with 660ng/DL? How did that happen... 1mL every 3 weeks will have you way below that level..

Just do it your self or get a better doc brother. I've seen people get scripts alot better, every 3 week injections is ridiculous, for trt you should be on 100mg a week min. I would think.

I am on trt and my dosage is 1cc of 200mg every other week. Insurance pays most of the 10ml jug. My part is like $20.. Cigna health care.
I run the legit stuff but sup the off weeks with my personal stash.. So I run 1cc every week regardless.

Trt docs commonly start you low and run follow up labs to determine if your levels are high enough. Biweekly inject are very common but every three weeks no way! I would throw a fit and ask for a minimum of 100 mg ew

Yeah I Need to call my crappy insurance comp and see why they wont cover my script, then get them to at least pay part of it. Then I can work on my doc to up the ML to around 100 mg a week.

You got a good level of "T" in you already.You must have a hellava doctor to give you a Prescription.I had to fight with my doctor for some when my Blood test showed 300! THEN he only gave me a script of androgel.That shit only has 40 mg and the co-pay was $60! the prescription is still in my sock draw!

You can go to GoodRX and get a coupon or use the app and pay $35.77 per 10 ml vial from Walmart ********.

I get my TRT from a clinic... I can use my insurance for the visits and bloodwork but not for the script. I am prescribed 1ml(200mg) per week of test cyp and 1/2mg of Adex EOD. for a 10 week supply of test and adex I pay $260 out of my own pocket.
