Can anyone shed light on a beginner cycle, I’m 30 around 6,3 210lbs got out of the military recently and have been wanting to really take my training up a notch! I have tendinitis in a few places on my body like most, and seem to get recurring tendon issues! Primarily I’m focusing on strengthening those tendons and muscles around those areas, so im looking a cycle (if there is any) that aids in the strengthening and recovery! Thank you
