Dbol is favorite of mine and I have learned not drinking enough water and my shins and lower back feel pumped always. With that being said I hooked a friend of mine up with some winnie caps. He took them for four weeks and said he had to stop 50 mgs a day due to painful leg pumps while running. Anyone familiar with this????

I get back pumps from dbol and drol, never have from anything else. I do get shin splints easy due to past injuries and get bigger/heavier.
Is he getting pumps or cramps?? Winny can give me some god awful cramps. I have to drink a ton of water on it.

Taurine can help with pumps. I take it for back pumps.
