Gentlemen:

I am about to do my full Ironman race, and have been training very intensely for the past 5 months. Very long distance training in all my events - swimming, biking and running. All that I have been running is 2 iu of hGH per day for the past 4 months. I have leaned up nicely and look much more muscular than my non-enhanced counterparts doing the same training. (generic blue tops, shout out to Blaster, I have to clip my finger nails once per week and go in for haircuts every two weeks, vivd dreams, etc.)

My point/need is that I am sure with all the training that I am low on testosterone. I absolutely do not want to bulk up. I know that sounds crazy to y'all, but every pound I gain is more power I need to exert to finish. That being said, I also need testosterone to keep me feeling well, and to repair the muscles I am working. My weight is 200-205 and height is 6'-3". I will diet down over the next 3 weeks to be at around 195, maybe 190 if I can for race day. This makes water retention something I absolutely need to stay away from. Age is 42, so I would probably need test even if I wasn't training heavily.

What ester and dosage would y'all recommend? Prop at 50-75mg twice per week? I would love to do a once a week only shot, but I can't afford the ester being very long and the accompanying water retention.

Anticipated thanks!
