hey guys wanna hear your thoughts on running deca. thinking of running 500 a week for 8 weeks with test e . i assumed it would be taken once a week but saw that some guys may do a split 2 times a week. i was thinking one shot 500 mg once a week. i got deca 250 coming and will be adding it to my test e which i run twice a week 250 a shot.
also using aromison. will add caber if i see any sides

I love Deca it's one of my favorites but I would run the Test Higher than the Deca for sure.
Test E 300 mg a week twice a week or more.
Deca 250 MG a week twice a week

Yea they pretty much said it. You prob. won't need caber with just 500mg, but get it in case. Aromasin will keep the bloat off you. 2 shots a week will keep your levels steadier than just one, you will get a big spike and go down until the next inject.

So, I am running Deca right now @ 500mg/week with 500mg test e. I love it and am having no problems below the belt!! I was advised that you really should go at least 10 weeks, preferably longer, with Deca because of the length of time it really takes to kick in. I noticed a big difference in strength around week 6 or 7 and am running it 14 weeks all together.
I would run that cycle no less than 10 weeks and agree to up the test to 600 or drop the deca to 400 (split dosages 2x wk). I am currently running deca and didn't really start noticing it until about week 8. Not sure how many cycles you have under your belt, but a kicker with some T-bol (50mg/day for 4 weeks) would be a nice addition as well... Add in Aro at 12.5 or adex at .5 eod and you should be good to go... Caber is good to have, but doubt you will need it and it's pretty pricey! Good luck bro
