Thread: Chewing Tabs

I understand the concept. It's just like taking bit of a sandwich and chewing once against chewing that piece a bunch more times. The piece of sandwich that was chewed more thoroughly will get digested better and would get more nutritional benefit from that, but does chewing up a tab really make that much of a difference with absorption?

Back in my party days I would chew extacy tabs and they would hit me much faster and much stronger. There is no time release just bam now its in you. Im not certain if it will be any more benefit with AAS than just maybe pre work out punch? Im curious to this as well. I always like caps for this reason.

I always chew my tabs. Not to extreme though just break them up some. Don't like them getting stuck in teeth.

And I open caps and dump them in.

I let them dissolve under my tounge. It gets to your blood stream faster. The make fast acting meds sub lingual because the barrier is very small there. Id imagine inserting them in your ass would work even better (im not being a wise ass) but im not about to try lol.
