      Bulk to cut cycle

      How soon can I start a cut cycle after my bulking is completed. Added way to much fat from this current bulk. Also besides lowering my macros for cut what else do you guys suggest.

      Most guys will tell you that time on should be = to time off. If you want to quicken the process then I suggest maybe getting some lab work done to see where your test levels are and all the fun stuff. Once labs come back showing you are back to normal then you should be good to go and this could quicken the process instead of going the safe route that I mentioned earlier.

      There is also the option if you want to bridge them or run TRT doses in between, but I don't suggest TRT unless you are really experienced and or are on TRT already.

      Still have 3 weeks of bulk plus planning PCT 4 weeks maybe 6 weeks.

      Currently went from 237 to 261 but definitely can feel it in my gut. 90% clean diet but did zero cardio. Im adding in some cardio now to final end to this bulk. Also dont want to lose this valuable muscle gained im on a 3000 cal diet now. Broken down to 250protein, 300 carb, 80 fat. How much can I lower this to to cut some of this fat.

      Your safest bet is time on plus pct equals time off. So if your cycle was 12 weeks plus pct 4 weeks you should give yourself 16 weeks to recover and then run labs. You can do less time off of course but just know the longer your on the more risk of not recovering as well. There is always risk brother and recovery isn't as much fun as the cycle for sure

      Im actually fine with that. Biggest concern is cutting the fat and not losing the muscle really. Years past I wasted so much size want to do it right this time.

      As long as you keep your calorie intake high with good clean food and continue to train hard using the compound movement I think you will be happy with what you keep

      My two cents and not many will agree with me but I'm do it all at once.

      Phase I-You have a visual in your mind of what you want to look like. Don't push the envelope to unsafe but figure you have 4 weeks to do 100mg's a day of Dbol or Anadrol with your Test and Tren. So you're overall starting high water mark with mass is set there.

      Phase II- 6 weeks of a lighter less toxic drug (Var) and adjust the Test/Tren a little. You tighten up over this period, doing everthing to hold the mass created in the first four weeks.

      Phase III opt. A) I think I've got the mass I want and I go into the last 4 weeks with Clen/T3/Less VAR and I adjust my Test/Tren ratio and drop the Tren the last week and double the cardio.
      Phase III opt. B) I can look in the mirror and see a couple of areas that won't survive the 4 week cut to the finish and I repeat Phase I and II focusing more on those area, then go into Opt A.


      It's the difference between a 14week and a 24 week cycle. It usually ends up a morph of the two.

      I have a great source and the $ to do it so I'm comfortable with this way. Psychologically I'm not cool with picking up all that weight over 16 weeks and then comitting to another 12 of cutting, which is more conventional.
