      First Cycle Advice: TRT user

      Age - 33
      Weight - 218
      Height - 6'3''
      BF% - ~18%
      Years of Training experience - 4 (2 years of trying to bodybuild, 2 years of crossfit, added a powerlifting routine about a year ago)
      # of previous cycles - 0 but have been on TRT for over a year
      Diet Plan - 3500 calories of clean food per day including 250 g of protein per day
      Cycle Goals - I care about performance not aesthetics. I do a hybrid of powerlifting/crossfit. Primary goal - Increase my lifts Secondary goal - maybe reduce some bodyfat.

      Hey Brothers,

      I am in need of some advice for my first go at this. I have never done a cycle before, but I have been on TRT for about a year now. My current T levels have me at around 630 on 1.25mg of T-cypionate every 10 days. My e2 is around 52 so I know I need to bring that down. I found a local person who had some stuff so I sprung on it. Here is what I have:

      100 10mg tabs of pharma grade Var
      1 10 ML bottle of Tequipoise. 300 MG Test E - 200 MG Equipoise
      My current TRT prescription 1 10 ML bottle of Test cypionate (200 per ml) Pharma grade
      60ml of Arimidex

      I know this isn't the ideal cycle but it is what I have. Here is what I was thinking:
      500mg of T 200mg of Equipoise per week for 10 weeks
      20mg of Var for 6 weeks
      .5 mg of Arimidex for EOD for 2 weeks then drop to .25 EOD.

      Would there be a better way to go about it?

      If you are strictly looking for performance and not aesthetics then I don't see a problem with this. The EQ dose and anavar dose is a little low IMO. I understand you are only using what you have, but maybe you could cut the var down to 4 weeks since it is your first cycle and up the dose of var to maybe 30 or 40 mg because I know var has very little side effects. I have never had any bad experiences with var or EQ.

      Why not just bump your test dose up to 500 mg ew and run an AI alongside. You can see how you react to the higher dose. Hold off on the other compounds and save them for future cycles. I like bumping one compound at a time that way if sides come up they are much easier to manage

      Welcome to BOP... If I were you, I would not run the Tequipoise at this point. I would order another bottle or two of Test from one our sponsors and just run with Test and 40 mg of var per day. Run the Test at 500 mg for 12 weeks (split into two doses per week) and run the Var at 40 mgs (4tabs) until your out. The EQ should to be ran for a minimum of 16 wks to reap any of it's benefits, so save it and run later on (gonna need more though). The Adex is good, but I would run it .5 e3d and adjust to eod if necessary. I also am on TRT and run Cyp while cruising. When on cycle, I'll use a different form of Test (Test E, Prop or Sust). I always add Proviron in as well to assist the test and as an AI. Good luck, hope everything goes well for you!

      ^^^Agree^^^ With you already being on TRT you should know by now if you're going to have sides with the test. 40 mg ed for var still may be low but if you only want to work with what you have 40 ed will give you close to 4 weeks. I'd personally look for some more as most guys I know run it 80-100 a day from 4-8 weeks depending on what your looking for as far as results go. Proviron helps with libido too!

      So upping the dose of the var to 40mg for 4 weeks would produce better results than 20mg for 7-8 weeks?

      I am a little leery of stuff through the mail. I have a lot to lose.

      One other question. Should I train more frequently? Right now I currently train about an hour a day 6 days a week. Should I throw a few 2 a days in?

      Don't know what to say to that except we ALL have a lot to lose... Just throwing my opinion out there of what I would do... 20 mgs Var is more of a bridge dose imo and your wasting the EQ by running it for such short of time and the dose is too small also... Your a big boy and have to make your own decisions, were just throwing out suggestions!
