I am 38, 5'9 185ish, I have done Sust and Deca in my hay day(early 30's). These days I am feeling like an old man an can't keep up with these young kids on the mats.

Any suggestions on a cycle; with the info that i gave you, that would be great for athletic performance? I am not really wanting to add mass, but maybe add some strength speed and cutting some weight would be perfect. Any tips would help I did happen to get my hands on about 200iu of blue caps. i know that i may need to double that but hey, it's a great starting point.
