I think the clen/t3/keto cycle is the best way to go for fat loss IMO. My wife ran this cycle and she got amazing results. She gets compliments in the gym from women on a daily basis.
^^^My wife is pretty extreme like me and it can effect everyone differently, but her max dose for clen is 120 mcg's, t3 is 75 mcg, and ketotifen is I want to say 2 mg. She took the ketotifen before she went to bed.
