I hit the far lateral side of it if it does get sore it's not in a part of the muscle that gets stretched that bad squating down. I can still walk and function with it. I was thinking of pinning 1 cc of the new bottle and adding .5 cc of sterile sesame oil. I read because the hormone is a high dosage per ml the oil could be seperating from the hormone leaving the hormone to crystallize which causes the pain. Adding more oil would help the hormone stabilize and keep it from separating to quickly

I stay sore because of my age from pinning.Most of the time I hit quads because they are bigger muscles and I can still be productive.I did miss my tricep once and it swelled up and was heal up in 5 days.But did not use antibiotics,it was fine.I .sore easily if I miss a few days in the gym.Sure miss those younger days.lol

Quick update, pinned 1 cc of the new bottle of Sust today and so far no pain. Hoping it was a fluke thing with the 1st bottle
