      Yeah I had shin splints in high school playing running back and that shit was the worst! Freedom is right about the bananas, it prevents the weakening of bones and inflammation in muscles. My trainer use to make me eat one everyday!.

      Remember that dbol is in essence just test in a pill form, yes I know there are few molecules moved around. OTher than the effect it will have on your liver you should experience no extra sides that test itself wouldnt provide.

      I think you'll be happier with a 12 wk test cycle vs 10. Unless you front load it, its gonna take a few to get in your system and to begin seeing results. At 10 wks your just getting to the good stuff!
