      Mass builder Recommendations

      I'm looking for recommendations on what you guys consider great mass builders.

      I'm preferably looking at mild oils along the same vein as nandrolone that I can run for an extensive length of time. I have and am currently experimenting with deca, however I'm reading some info that suggests in the long term deca (and other nandrolones) can have negative cardiac effects. With that in mind, what do you guys suggest?

      For starters, you should be running testosterone as a base. Not sure if you're already doing that as it wasn't clear in your post, so I'll give you some other suggestions. You could run masteron and/or EQ for a lengthy period of time. Both are mild and give good gains in strength and mass, as well as hardening your muscles and making you more vascular. Since you haven't posted your stats, I'll just give you generic numbers - mast @350mg+ week and EQ 600mg+ week. I could probably help you out a bit more if you posted your stats and goals.

      Honestly in my opinion anything that pertains to having too much of anything over long term can cause negative effects. These days just about anything can cause cancer and if you take tylenol daily over an extended period of time it can cause serious negative effects. I personally think Deca, NPP, or any type of nandrolone are the back bone to a great bulking cycle, but that's just me though.

      I'm actually running test with my deca. I'm about 6'7 250lbs on my first blast and I just started some strongman training. With that in mind I want to keep any compound use to something mild or even beneficial to the cardiovascular system. Looking to gain another 100-150 lbs.

      what about GH? u can run it long term. great gains, fat loss and can improve some aspects of ur health. but if u want to stick with AAS then u cant go wrong with test and deca. blast and cruise on those two and u will go far mate.

      Deca should be run about 750mgs a dude your size with a gram of test a week. Anadrol is the ultimate oral mass builder I jump off with. dbol is good too at leat at 50mgs, I run it at 100. Cycle should be twenty weeks. I kick off with anadrol, about midway through I drop anadrol again for a boost. Most people consider tren a cutting agaent but if you look at the stats tren is very high Androgenically as well as anabolically. Your diet will dictate, but you can cut with it or bulk too. I like some bold Ace to increase appetite. But small doses like 100mg 3 times per week. HGH is great but to get true effects from HGH you will need a healthy dose for a minimum of 6 months, a year is preferable. Any more questions let me know. Remember, diet will dictate size increase!

      You should be seeing impressive results with the test and deca combo. As for the 150-200 pounds no steroids I've ever used are able to produce these results.
