      Estrogen control question

I'm on my first cycle and I'm starting to have concerns that my estrogen might be a little high, but I'm not 100% sure what to look for. I'm 40, and just finished a 4 week T-bol kickstart and I'm running 500mg of test e per week, with 8 weeks left. Hoping you guys can help.

      1. I've heard guys talk about the first signs of gyno being puffy, itchy nipples, and I've seen the pics of guys with gyno and their little, pointy, mini-boobs. So...I wouldn't say mine are "puffy" or "itchy." But, they are definitely sensitive enough to notice a shirt or a towel rubbing them and kinda erect (visible through a shirt, like when it's cold outside). Is that what people call itchy and puffy? Not sure what the feeling I'm supposed to be watching for actually feels like, but I'm thinking this might be it?

      2. My libido is lower than it was before I started my cycle. It crashed a couple of days after I started my cycle, and it never rebounded fully. And I'm definitely not having those spontaneous erections that guys talk about having several times a day. I mean, I can get it up and perform when I need to, but I definitely don't have those teenager erections that everybody talks about. I'd say the libido is lower than it was before I started, which doesn't seem right.

Do those two things (especially looked at together) sound like my estrogen is low? This is my first rodeo, so I'm still learning what all these different things feel like.

I started my cycle with .25 adex eod, and I upped it to .5 e3d about 10 days ago when I first noticed the nip sensitivity. I wouldn't say that I've noticed any difference (no improvement, and maybe just maybe a little worse on the nips).

Hoping you guys can share a little insight into whether this sounds like an estrogen issue.

      Thanks brothers.

Without running labs we are guessing. Could your estrogen be low? Sure and that will cause loss of libido or your estrogen could be to high causing the sensitive nipples and libido loss. The best bet is to take the guessing out and get labs done to see what's going on. It will give you peace of mind to see we're everything is at

Good call Kubes. In general, though, does the "sensitive" sensation I'm feeling sound like the feeling you get when gyno starts? I don't really know what I'm looking for. All I know is that they don't feel "normal."

Also, I know that libido problems can be due to either low OR high estrogen. Gyno, on the other hand, is from high estrogen, not low. Do I have that right?

      Estrogen control question

Correct but sensitive nipples do not always mean Gyno. It can be just from the influx in androgens. Sensitive nipples are pretty common in the beginning of cycles and during pct. Gyno is caused from estrogen binding to the mammary gland which can also happen when testosterone levels are low

First things first, labs are your friend. This is the only way to manage anything and the only way to know for sure

2 High E2 or low E2 can cause many other other problems than just gyno so dont use how your nipps feel to base your AI dosage, depending on the ester you are on once all serum levels had leveled out it is time to do your panel

and last be 100% sure on your choice of AI in terms of legitimacy

Like stated above, labs are the best way to determine. If you are only in your 5th week now, you should start to see the test kick in shortly which will help increase the libido. I've always found around the 5 week mark to be the start for random teenage erections occurring for me on long esters. Proviron will also help with libido and several domestics on the board carry it. As far as your concerns with estrogen levels, until you get labs done I would go back to the .25 EOD vs .5 E3D. Basically the same weekly dose but continuously in your system. Maybe even bump it up a little bit if you feel that your concerns are fact.

Alirghty...lab tests ordered for Friday. Looking forward to getting this resolved.

Came off the tbol on Sunday, and have been feeling very flat since then. Libido dropped even further. Hopefully these tests will have the answer.
