Currently 1 month into test deca cycle started with sust
System 600 a week
Deca 350 a week
Have a tender lump under 1 nipple was looking for advice on how much adex to run and how often

Anything anyone tells you is just a guessing game... Get bloodwork done. It's cheap, it's easy and gives you solid info.

That being said, with that cycle I would require 1/2mg of adex EOD. That means nothing to you, that's my requirements but it should give you an idea and hopefully others will chime in with their required AI for a cycle like that.

I would recommend lowering your dosage immediately. Assuming your gear isn’t bunk, and you’re actually developing gyno, you’re obviously very sensitive to estrogen and you’re dosing too high, particularly the test. Or just have your glands removed.

Is your diet and training 100% on point? Are you in the 10-12% body fat range? I would get these factors lined up before resorting to almost a gram of AAS. The genetically blessed can compete at a pretty high level on that amount.

Like Liftpower said, get bloodwork done. I myself always have Nolvadex and Caber on hand when running Deca or Tren.

Arimidex won’t do shit for gyno (no studies I have found yet).

What I have done in the past that had helped:
100mg p5p daily if running nandrolone
nolvadex 25-50mg daily or clomid equivalent

I have lowered dosages of gear during self treatment or just went to test and nolva.

Obviously bloodwork is going to take a little bit to get back (if u even consider getting them done). In the mean time I would get to work on getting rid of that lump post haste big dawg. Regulate those hormones. May check into more frequent injections and finding a number of each compound that works with the least amount of negative side effects. Zinc also help with leveling estrogen levels. 30-50mg a day is what I intake.

Best to find out if its estro related or prolactin related before you attempt to treat it.
You may only need to treat one, or both. Bloodwork. In the meantime get some letro, caber & aromasin ordered.

For sure blood work immediately! I would drop the deca and lower the test to strove 300 until you figure it out, I've done exactly this, started nova 40-50mg first 2 weeks 25mg after that non stop and of you can't wait for labs to get back maybe throw the Alex in at .5mg eod first 2 weeks well the exogenous hormones are clearing out by the 3rd week you should notice the tenderness possibly clearing up.. just my own experience and protocol, honestly the first time it happened it was too late and I had to abandon the run for some time.
