I know i have made strength gains and muscles more pumped but have toned which probly kept weight down also
I trying to work out improvements that need to be made?
1. extend cycle till 12weeks (pin sat and tues 250mg test e)
2. up carbs and protein... ANY SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED
3. PROGRAM change more compound less isolation (get in get out)
4. Might add aboost for final weeks thinking Anavar which probaly not enough time to get alot from or otherside go dbol for 4 weeks? all suggestions very very appreciated.
