Go tanning... Use oxy on your back. Once you level back out it should go away but acne is common during the influx of androgens

I get pretty bad gear acne too and I use a mixture of dish soap and benzoyl peroxide wash and so far that seems to be the only thing that helps
Vitamin B5 works to help guys. Takes a massive daily dosage. But in the womens anavar forum, that one lady says to take it to prevent cycle acne. She listed the dosage. Worth a shit!!!
