Ai means aromatize inhibitor either arimidex or aromasin are the popular choices. Your second question is neither will keep belly flab down. That will be dictated by your nutrition and cardio

I take .5mg of Arimidex twice per week (Monday/Thursday)... I don't take HCG, but I'm planning to take a month off from everything (including my normal TRT) between cycles, and do Clomid during the four-week break: .5/.25/.125/.125

Good?

Why are you taking Clomid if you are only takings four week break. You would be better to run a trt dose of test as a cruise. 4 weeks will not be long enough for your endocrine system to recover

Do you recommend a longer break? I probably haven't been given the best advice about this.

That's what I'm trying to do here! Honestly, I think the guys on this forum know more about this stuff than most doctors, etc. This is my impression anyway...
