Your goal is too loose bf, after you cut your going to add on some LBM correct?
Honestly man, if you have time print up that diet for us! 4 lbs is a breeze, I can pull 1-2% a week on a straight cut and maintain LBM, you have tons of time
Obviously you have quite bit of knowledge seeing as how you been around this sport for so long.
If it was me I would concern the food first.
I am guessing you are not 167% fat, that would be cool to see but i assume you are 16.7
So lets say 147lbs at 16.7lbs puts you are 122lbs LBM
So your maintenance is around 1800-1900 calories,
Normally I don't suggest anyone really going below 1400 cals especially a guy, heck i don't like to see girls under those kind of calories.
If you have this much of time I dont think you need to drop you cals very much maybe put your diet in a more recomp style where your close to your maintenance cals
maybe 1700 to start
I would use a 50pro 30carb 20fat macro split. keep that protein high on your cuts.
pull a few carbs on off days and every week or two do a huge refeed day
To answer your direct question:
Sorry I went all into food i just see alot of time every gets caught up in the whats best aas. If it was me and you wanted to be cheap and you have that much time, you dont need anything besides test to help maintain LBM during a cal deficit.
obviously var(usually pricey) and all the others mentions will speed up the process and create a harder more vascular look, but again I can get those veins to pop other ways. L-citrulline / L - arganine , all those are cheap ways to get a leaner look as well. shit even cialis will help, all cheap methods.
Also mast never really did much for me in terms of cutting but when you are cut it really gives you that statue look, but i still run it for other reasons even on my bulks.. If you hate OED inj they do offer mast E.
