How much test and npp are you running? 20mg Ed should have been enough for most cycles. Was it pharm grade. You could switch to arimidex

Npp 400mg wk test p 400 wk tne 350 wk. Aromasin was not pharm grade it was advance pharma. I could switch is that what you suggest? I just read about letro on here but the only place on here that I saw it is texxgears and their out of stockOriginally Posted by kubes
20mg ED should work as a preventative measure if you are also running an AI. If you have a slight bit of tissue forming already (not a lump but tissue) 40mg per day can actually help shrink it. This of course is dependent on the individual. It worked for me years back when I had the ever so slightest bit of tissue that had formed. But, I know people who this does not work for.
I personally wouldnt use Letro for preventative measures, it is VERY strong and you can easily crash your E2 if you aren careful and that you dont want.
Caber will do nothing at all to help estrogen related gyno. And, although Proviron CAN act as a mild AI is it not strong enough to rely on as such and will do nothing to prevent gyno as would a SERM
Also, Letro WILL NOT shrink gyno, that is a myth

Actually, when I get the slightest gyno, I go off whatever AI I'm running at the time because clearly it was too low a dose and then I ramp Letro up to 2.5mg a day for a couple of weeks and it knocks the gyno out. Then I will go back on Aromasin at a higher dose (25mg a day split every 12 hrs this round) and I'm good to go. There is a writeup out there, from I believe a medical student or something, that explains the way to use Letro to knock gyno out and they claim it's all that will work.

With any ai go with pharm grade only so you know 100% what your getting.... The aromasin was prob bunk
Also I'd do arimidex at .5mg eod with 60-80mg raloxifiene (better than nolvadex for serm)
^^^this. i recommend getting bloodwork to show where your e2 is at. Ramping up your AI and killing e2 is not what you want to do. You want to try to use the AI to keep e2 in healthy range and use a serm like nolva or ralox to combat the gyno if it still occurs.
Masteron has an added effect of being a mild anti-e as well, this is why I run a small dose in all my cycles along with nolvadex. Give it a try sometime
Aromasin is the best AI. Chances are that yours was underdosed given you were using 20mg ED with only a moderate amount of aromatizing steroids. Try 25mg ED of pharma aromasin and adjust from there. If that's still inadequate, then perhaps you're one of the people who just don't respond well to aromasin, in which case you should switch to arimidex. Letro is a last resort since it's a harsh drug.
Nolva can be used to stop estrogen from binding to the receptors, but it will not lower estrogen or reverse gyno. All the best mate.
