I've seen a few people posting on their worries of water retention and bloating on cycle..This is something that is very easily handled if you understand your body,the compounds your taking and how your body reacts to said compounds. The number one thing we all agree on is the importance of diet in this lifestyle,if that isn't high on your priorities you probably don't have a whole lot of business living this lifestyle(IMO).Diet has alot,not everything,but alot to do with water retention on cycle,low sodium and lots of water.(HYDRATION)Muscles being made up of over 70% water must stay hydrated,when water intake is low the muscle puts up a defense which is water retention.(On a side note,when the body is well hydrated, oxygen levels are up which causes more fat to be burned for energy).I believe diet and the right AI are a must for running cycles,even during cycle.Not only for bloating and water retention but simply for good health.Regardless if we experience gyno or bloating,estrogen levels are high during cycles and males are just simply not made for those types of levels.Not healthy..In my experience,taking AI such as Aromasin during a test,deca,dbol cycle have little to no effect on gains.I don't believe they effect IGF-1 levels much if any..If your not familiar IGF-1 it's insulin like growth factor this is what aas increases in the body..In short,I believe a good AI is a must during cycle,for the obvious and not so obvious..That and a good diet will almost eliminate retention and bloating.
