Typical dose is usually between 50-100 mg a day. My sweet spot is usually around 75 mg split up into two doses a day.
There is some evidence that anavar has a bell curve effect and higher doses stop being more effective after 80 mg

I love it right at 80mg. Some get results as low as 30mg. Everyone's different. I'd say a first timer would get good results on 50mg.

Dose depends on Sponsor also . 100mg/day and legs where hard as oak and hurt ALL the time .
Myself I believe less is better . Most sponsors sell 10mg up to 50mg .
I would start @ 40mg/day first week and go up 60mg/day next week and if not happy go up to 80mg after that .
Var should increase strength and have good pumps . Stair climber could end up being painful pumps in calves .

I love me some var..80 seems to be about the norm..I run a bit higher but most go around that mark..
I just came off a cycle of Legend Var and ran it at 100mgs day split... Great results! I don't trust a lot of sponsors' Var, but Legend seemed GTG... It was cheap too LOL!
