Playing around with doses like that just leads to unstable blood levels. Androgen receptors don't up or down regulate so they will stay just as sensitive to anavar without having to "shock" them with different doses. People think the reason they stop gaining towards the end of their cycle is because their androgen receptors have desensitized to the androgens, but in reality it's because they need to eat more to gain more. You can continue to gain on 500mg of test for a long time as long as you keep increasing calories. or anavar for that matter.

Even dosage and, in turn, even blood levels are a staple within the foundation of running a cycle. This is how you avoid sides, too.

You adjust and 'shock' the body primarily with food and training regiments.

Gains can seemingly taper off at the end but you have to take in consideration the entire cycle and big picture. Look at it as building a race car engine. You make gains by leaps and bounds in the beginning putting your major components together. Then towards the end of assembly you put your trimmings or upgrading parts on to attain that extra 1/4 or 1/2 horsepower. Fresh muscle is always going to out perform and respond better than a muscle which has been training hard for weeks on end.

Changing workout routines, angles, weight, reps, exercises, timing.... All these will confuse and shock.

I can't see how that would be productive, tampering with the dosages like that seems unnecessary and just exposes you to more side effects due to unstable blood levels. There's no 'shocking' the body with different dosages like that.
