      Ramping gear up

      My fiance was speaking with a fellow bodybuilder chic of hers that has been on anavar for quite some time and competes in figure successfully. Her friend mentioned to my fiance that she needs to run var by ramping it up during a 8-12 week cycle rather than run it at one given dose amount throughout the cycle. She states that you have to keep your body guessing and by starting out low on var and ramping it up each week to your max by week 8-12 and also bumping it up and down a bit throughout the day (var is and needs to be taken every 12 hours BTW) you'll get much better results.

      Anyone have any insight on this and does it only pertain to var or could this be something that needs done also for us guys running say, test e and tren a or any gear for that matter? I've never heard of this so hopefully someone knows more about it and can help.

      Being female (training to compete) and being a huge fan of var, I have never heard of such a thing. I used to run my var for 8-9 weeks tops with win 50mg /EOD for starting in week 2. I would front load my var 10mg ED then back off week 2 hit 5mgs ED in week 4 I go back to 10mg.

      So you are bumping it up and down through the weeks though but not doing a ramp up? Her friend states just bump it up and down on certain days throughout the weeks as you're ramping it up.

      This last cycle, my fiance ran 10mg every 12 hrs for the 8 wk cycle and did notice her gains falling off around week 2 or so, so that's why I'm wondering if her friend has a point. Her friend does look very good if she is truly running her var this way and she states she only runs var and clen and nothing else. She is pro figure btw.

      That's awesome that she's pro. I ran the var every 18 hours not 12 and I always made fantastic gains. Great strength, hard muscles and never flat. I guess if that's all she did then 12 weeks would be fine.. but since I was stacking win with it (and clen too) it was always 8 - 9 weeks for me.

      Yeah, she also stated stay away from winny unless you want to go into physique. She said she tried it and blew up, like way too big for figure and it also messed her up in areas of her body that will never go back to normal. That winny may be where you're getting the great gains from. Which is weird because I always thought winny was more for cutting, but maybe its different with women.

      That's bizarre because I never blew up from it, it always kept me completely shredded. I was usually at 10% bodyfat when I was going to compete it was at 8% even lost my period for a few months at a time and that was a blessing lmao

      Thanks for the help. This is why I'm asking these questions because I'm wondering if either she is full of it or maybe she just got ahold of stuff she thought was winny but was possible test or something. Lol Yeah, my fiance loses her period when she gets below 15% bf and loves it. Lol She just stays there now and leans down to about 10 for comp.

      Yeah I never had anything like that happen to me on win.. was it ug or the amps from zambon? They're pharm grade.

      Not too sure but she did say she only uses pill form and pharma grade when she can get it.

      As a matter of fact, I've been trying to find pill form pharma grade var for my fiance but not sure who here at bop has the legit stuff.
