      Short Ester Cycles - Length?

      I have ran three previous cycles...always a bit more than the previous cycle with different compounds to see how my body reacts. This next run in the spring will be my first time with short esters...looking to do 600 mg Test Prop, 300 NPP, and 300 Tren A per week. I am running this cycle as a recomp/cutting cycle. I plan to pin Mon/Wed/Fri as the weekends are a no go with the wife always around. I had planned to run this cycle for 10 weeks and then PCT starting one week after last pin with Clomid 50/50/25/25 and Nolvadex 40/40/20/20. I still plan to run Aromasin at 12.5 mg every day while on cycle.

      My main goal of this cycle is to recomp a lot of fat that won't budge after the last 2 strength/bulking cycles. What do you think? What else can help in my desire to be leaner like I used to be. I don't mind being 227 if it was solid, but it's not a solid 227.

      Opinions? Real world experience trying to firm back up after bulking cycles?

      I'm on Test Prop, Mast Prop, and Tren E right now. This is week 8 for me. Results are great but you will notice on your good weeks and bad weeks that no matter the compounds it's mostly about the diet. If your diet is on while running these compounds you will get what you want. I only do about 20 minutes of cardio a day too and have had great results. But really, it has been all about diet for me. Also with these esters M, W, F will work but I wouldnt take the whole weekend off. I pin both Prop's I'm on EOD no matter what. I don't know how you react to Tren but I would consider upping it a little bit. I've had great results with 400mg/wk of all 3 compounds. Also consider running the cycle for longer than 10 weeks. I'd go with a 16 week minimum. I only say this because I am noticing my best gains now, during week 7 and 8. I will let you know what happens around week 10 if you care. But again, all about diet!       Looking at the same cycle almost. My tren will only be for the last 4 weeks and I'll run proviron throughout. My pct and ancillary are the same as you. I know its long for short esters but I'm looking at running 12-16 weeks. Just my opinion.

      I had definitely considered running it longer, but I've never done a short ester only cycle. I'm not looking for earth shattering strength or physique changes. I just want to lean out a bit while getting a tad stronger. I know diet is key and I do my best to keep it clean like 90% of the time. I do crave pizza and wings though at times and I don't think I could go more than a week without a few drinks.

      Compared to to some of the guys I train with I eat like a saint yet never get very lean.

      I personally wouldn't suggest running 2 19-nor components in the same cycle. And you can't go a week without a few drinks? Come on man that terrible. That's gonna slow down muscle growth so much and cause so much other shit especially while you're on tren.. I'm not sure if you have a drinking problem or what but you have to decide what you want more. Do you want the body you have been working for or do you want to feel that high that last a few hours from drinking. Also I don't pct but I'm pretty sure using nolva for pct after npp causes extremely bad gyno from what I've read around boards

      Also as for length short esters I aim for about 8-12 weeks. The only thing that really matters to me is if I'm still seeing good results. Usually I stop seeing the same results at about week 10 and that's when I'll stop

      I normally don't call my drinking a problem but I don't drink all week and on the weekends I like to meet up with friends for a few good beers to blow off steam. I'm not chugging beer out of a funnel or getting hammered because I got a little girl to take care of that feels 6:00 AM is the best possible time to get up.

      If if I was to drop one of 19-nor would you suggest adding in a DHT (??) compound? I do like stacking for better results on lower doses.

      Could not have put it any better.

      See where you stand at week 10.. Feeling like a pin cushion? Are your muscles spent? Are you injury free? Mental state?

      Short esters are all I run because they eliminate 80-90% of the sides I contend with on a long ester.

      To lean out I'd recommend switching your test and tren dosages, in my experience. But be prepared for the beast that is tren when it comes to your mental state.

      It's mostly your diet and exercise that will lean you up. Gear just helps. I never thought of a nandrolone compound as being very good for cutting even if it is a short ester. But everyone reacts different. Im nobody's parent here but in my opinion different people react different to alcohol too. Some of my buddies can drink twice a week and still be ripped and shredded, some guys drink one night and it ruins a week of work.

      One day of booze or bad eating can wreck a lot of hard work.
