I decided to move my thread to this section. again here is my first cycle plan:

week 1-12, test e 500mg a week pin mon/wed
week 1-4, test p 100mg eod
week 1-14, arimidex .25 eod
week 1-12, hcg 500iu a week pin'd with test e
week 14-18, clomid75,50,50,50
nolv40,40,20,20

Stats:

23 y/o
196lb
16% bf
5'6

goals are basically gain as much clean mass as possible and try to compete next year

Looks good to me, little intricate for a first cycle though, hope you're okay with pinning frequently (test p for the first 4 weeks). Probably no need for the nolva post if you're running arimidex throughout. Other than that your clean vs dirty gains will depend on your diet.

Might be worth your interest to do this instead of using Test P W 1-4

I would skip the Test P my first cycle .
Or pick Test P and Drop Test E .
You will have too much estrogen in 3 weeks for .25 Arimadex.
Hormones are going to be all over the place .
Simple is better and less risk of pinning accident starting out .

All great points dwbo keep it simple op. no reason to do to much more isn't better in this game it's important to grow in to your cycles
